For orders within the United States, we accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.  We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

For orders outside the United States, please contact us directly by e-mail at jewelry@onlyelegance.com to proceed with payment options.



Shipping Information
Only Elegance offers several shipping options for delivery within the United States and overseas.  We use FedEx, UPS and USPS for prompt, secure delivery.



Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority.  We offer high quality handmade jewelry, and we want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within seven (7) days after receipt of your shipment.  Please contact us by e-mail at jewelry@onlyelegance.com with your request.

We will gladly exchange the item being returned if it is in its original condition and the new item you wish to exchange for is equal to or greater than the item being returned.   If the new item is greater than you will be responsible for the difference amount.   We will e-mail you the new balance due including shipping costs.



Packaging Your Return
Please securely wrap the return item in its original package and insure the item for the full value.  We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping.  The customer is responsible for all fees incurred related to return shipping.
